I only collect information about you when you contact me with a general enquiry regarding therapy service and I use your information to respond to your enquiry. My response to your enquiry will be send from my business email info@katstherapyroom.co.uk or my business mobile number 07714669490 depending on your preferred way to be contacted. I never share or sell your personal information to third parties and I keep your details for a duration of our correspondence. 

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, and to request for it to be updated or deleted at any time. I take your privacy extremely seriously and take all necessary steps to make sure your information is held securely once I'm in receipt of it. I do this by protecting my business email account, mobile and laptop where I store personal information about you with password. However, emails to me are transmitted over the internet which cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Any information shared by email is at your own risk.
